Photography Services Terms

1. Our company will provide quotation for 8 photos on white background along with any additional add-on services and options.

2. Customers must provide specific photography requirements and any photography samples and reference examples. If no specific requirements are provided, we will shoot according to product photography best practices and marketplace photo requirements.

3. Quotation will be updated if the customer requests additional requirements, such as the need to include scene and models in the photography.

4. We will start photography process after receiving all fee payments.

5. Products are provided by customers and sent to our offices after payment is received.

Additional charges: All expenses incurred shall be borne and paid up front by the client if the customer makes other requests (such as portrait, scene, model) during the shooting process.

6. Completed photos will be submitted to customer for review and order completion.

7. Customer has the option for us to return the product to a specific address. Shipping is paid for by the customer. Alternatively we can dispose of the product after order is completed.

Scenes: Outdoor & Indoor environments.

Portrait Shooting: We will choose models (height, skin, color, hairstyle, age, gender, appearance, etc.) according to client requirements. Once the customer agrees to use the model we have selected, the model cannot be replaced during the shoot. If the customer requests to change the model, customer needs to place new order.

Rephotography: Re-shooting for any reason is not allowed unless it is because the photos taken do not meet the initial requirements set at time of order. For all other reasons, the customer needs to place a new order.

Payment: Our company will start shooting after receiving the payment from the customer.

All products (precision instruments, precious products, fragile products, large quantities of products, etc.) sent to our company should be sent in secure and protected packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.

If the product is damaged during delivery, the customer will bear the cost of the product to be resent or replaced.

If the product is damaged after we receive it, we will cooperate to investigate the cause of breakage.

If the product is damaged after being delivered from our company, our company cannot bear the cost of damage.

拍照服务条款-Photography services

1. 我司提供摄影8张白底以及其他附加服务和选项的报价表.

2. 客户必须提供具体的的摄影需求以及拍照样本和参考示例，如果没有提供具体的要求，我们会根据最佳的拍摄经验以及平台摄影需求来进行拍摄。

3. 效果图包含场景，模特等要求时，我司将重新报价。

4. 我司将在收到费用后开始拍摄工作。

5. 在收到汇款后产品由客户自行提供并寄送到我们公司。

额外费用:在拍摄过程中，客户提出其他要求时所产生的所有费用（例如人像，场景，模特），客户需自行承担并提前支付。

6. 照片拍摄完成后我们会将照片提交给客户

7. 客户可以选择将产品退回具体的地址。这笔运费由客户承担。或者我司可以在订单完成后处理产品。

场景：户外和室内环境。

人像拍摄：根据客人要求选择模特（身高，肤色，发型，年龄，性别，外貌等）。客户决定之后，不能中途更换，如需更换，则默认重新下单。

重拍：不能无理由重新拍摄，如果是我司拍摄照片与客户初步的要求不符的话可以重新拍，否则由于其他原因需要重新拍摄则客户需要重新下单

付款：我司将在收到客户的付款后开始拍摄。

邮寄到我司的产品（精密仪器，贵重产品，易碎产品，多数量产品等），需提前做好防护措施以确保产品不被损坏。

如产品在邮寄到我司途中出现问题，客户自行承担重新寄送以及重新更换产品的费用。

如产品在邮寄到我司后出现问题，我司将配合调查破损原因。

如产品在邮寄出我司后出现问题，我司无法承担货物损坏费用。
